Through a range of Geography topics we aim to inspire pupils’ curiosity and fascination about the world and its people.  We encourage children to explore and question the world around them. Where possible, pupils are involved in fieldwork investigations outside the classroom, which includes visits to local castles, Harleston town centre and Norwich Market.

Throughout their time studying Geography at Harleston C.E. Primary Academy, children are encouraged to become familiar with a range of geographical resources, including a selection of atlases, maps, photographs and diagrams. They are also taught to analyse and interpret, whilst communicating geographical information in a variety of ways.
